Hal Hickel
Hal Hickel is an Academy Award winning Senior Animation Supervisor at Industrial Light and Magic. He began his career in stop motion at Will Vinton Studios (now Laika), then moved to CG animation at Pixar as an animator on Toy Story, before joining ILM in 1996 for The Lost World: Jurassic Park. Since then he has worked on such films as Star Wars: The Phantom Menace, Pirates of The Caribbean 1,2, and 3, Iron Man, Rango, Pacific Rim, Warcraft, and Rogue One among others. Currently he is supervising animation on the Mandalorian series for Disney+.
